Dear Ian,
We wanted to thank you and your very professional team for a great couple of dives yesterday (4/10/07) on the ex-HMAS Brisbane. Jeremy, Jason and Steve were friendly, helpful and very "customer focused". It made the experience a lot more relaxed and enjoyable, knowing that we were guided by such a knowledgeable and experienced crew. Thanks once again. Thank you very much for our shark diving experience on Friday 18/4/2008. The whole experience was very professional and personal. Three things stand out: being greeted at the door by our first names, then being guided to the waiting area and the excellent training by Roman. He was so patient and he always reassured us that we were safe. The experience of being in the tank is one that I won't forget.

The dive was a gift for my best mate and I know he really enjoyed it, so thank you for making it a great day.

Hi Ian,
Many thanks for a tremendous double dive on the ex-HMAS BRISBANE. I had not seen your new boat which is very functional and gives much more room for all. Between dives snacks and tea were fine (love those Anzac biscuits!). Very good to meet Jeremy and all the crew...they did an excellent, professional job all around.

I will return sooner than a decade!

Ian McKinnon and his staff have been most professional in all activities we have observed while diving with Scuba World since 2000. The care with which they conduct their dive business is a standard for others to follow. I am most impressed by their interest in the marine environment, specifically in the protection of the reef and ex-HMAS BRISBANE. I highly recommend Scuba World as the premier operation for divers visiting or living on the Sunshine Coast.
